MakeItWork SP. Z.O.O. was founded in Warsaw, Poland with one goal: to build a bridge between quality manufacturers and the European retail market. In the early years, we focused on establishing supplier relationships in key production regions — learning the factories, understanding the production cycles, and building the trust that long-term trade requires.
Over 15 years, we grew that foundation into a full-scale import and export operation. Today we work with over 500 supplier relationships, distribute across 20+ European markets, and source more than 1 million units annually. Our team has deep expertise in footwear — from factory floor quality standards to the retail shelf expectations of consumers in Germany, France, Italy, and beyond.
Warsaw was not a random choice. Poland sits at the geographic and logistical heart of Europe — a gateway between East and West, with world-class infrastructure, a skilled workforce, and direct access to every major EU distribution corridor.
